An Issues tab
A tab that allows people to post issues, including photos, that would send notifications to the council members and the strata management team. These would then allow us to assign people to it and create an ongoing thread between council, strata and owner until issues are resolved.

Turn off Community Board posts
Have a choice for people who have signed up to be able to turn off Community Board posts if they so desire. Also make it so the administrator is able to turn this off for them because the administrator is the person explaining how to do it and cab be vert time consuming and laborious for people who aren't very computer literate.

Document
Modify an .odt, .xls or similar document in MiCasa?
At present documents that are .odt or .xls or similar have to be downloaded to your computer, modified on your computer, saved back to MiCasa and the old file in MiCasa needs to be erased.

Review automated messages when names are added, removed or altered. The admin doesn't see those messages

Calendar of Events
Calendar view - Option for both list as well as calendar view to show when events will occur in the building including things like gardening, window cleaning, AGM, COuncil meetings, etc.

We need a strata e-mail address.
We need a strata e-mail address and function so we are not dependent on our PM or on individual council members who come and go.

File attachment feature on Work Request form
We need file attachments in the Work Request form. Trying to use this as a communication tool so council members don't get bombarded with e-mails and so that we an manage incoming requests. Often people need to submit forms or details beyond that of a small text box.

Communication piece for council
Communication piece for council members. We talk through email, but not all users reply to all which causes confusion and frustration. If there was a way to add a item and then each council member could vote yay or nay.

Realtor Category
Realtors regularly request info such as minutes, AGM stuff, Bylaws, and depreciation Reports etc. that we are obligated to provide when a sale is pending. I am thinking that this limited and focused information could be made available to a realtor for 48 hours to download and print. They could sign up under a 'realtor' category for a limited time frame in order to obtain only the information that they are entitled to. Cheers

Tasks are a great addition to Micasa
Being able to tag documents e.g. Council or AGM Minutes will make it much easier to locate important information, decisions or follow a discussion over time.
Being able to create your own tags is an excellent element of this feature.

Tracking of tasks
To help with better tracking of tasks it would be nice to be able to assign a person responsible (delegation) with the task e.g. property manager or a council member. Also a due date would be nice.
The ability to link to a document would be a nice feature also. Email integration with the task delegation and due date reminder might be a good feature also.
Folder support might be nice also if lists get large.

Create an extra field in the profile tab
It would be useful to have a field to identify a person's role on Council e.g. President, VP, etc. This info should only show in the Council listing.
Related, how does Micasa determine the order of listing in each category? Can the admin move the order in which names appear?
