Update/Delete Residency Status

To Update/Change a Residency Status for a property log into the site then in the top RIGHT corner click on the GEAR icon, then click on EDIT next to "Associated Property Address List" then click Edit next to the relevant property, then in the Residency Status drop down menu you can change it to the correct one, then press SAVE.

A site admin will then approve the change and then you are good to go!

To DELETE your property and remove yourself from your strata simply  log into the site then in the top RIGHT corner click on the GEAR icon, then click on EDIT next to "Associated Property Address List" then click DELETE next to the relevant property, you will then be removed from the strata and you will not recieve any email notifications.
