MiCasa makes it super easy to tag tasks. Tagged tasks can be used to automatically create reports such as a council meeting agendas or operations reports.
Tagging Tasks is easy, here’s how:
From within MiCasa, select the Tasks tab and then select Add a Task.
Complete the information fields and select the Tags field.
Choose an applicable tag for the task. For example, if the task is to be discussed at a council meeting, choose the Agenda Item tag.
Select Save Task. The tag is now visible beside the task name.
Suggested Workflow for Tagging Tasks
If you know ahead of time that the task you’re creating will be used as either an agenda item or an item on an operations report, tag the task accordingly at the time of creation. Adopting this workflow ensures that items are not omitted from your meeting agenda.
