When are email notifications sent and who receives them?

Who receives them?

An email notification is sent to members of the site when anything new has been added or modified. The reason for this is to avoid owners having to constantly check into the site to see what is happening.

Who receives notifications:

Documents: Are limited to owners, council, PM's and Admins. Tenants will not be able to see documents. Notifications are sent depending on the permission level of that specific document e.g. if you set the document to Admin/PM and Council Only, then just those groups will receive notification.

Community Board Posts, Who to Call and FAQ: Owners, tenants and council members receive these notifications

Tasks: If you are assigned a task you will receive a notification. If you are the assignee of the task you will receive a notification when the task is complete.
