To encourage people to sign up to your MiCasa web portal we recommend including the following text on the first page of your council meeting minutes from now on:

Please be advised that council meeting minutes, strata bylaws, 'who to call' information and more are now available online at [yourbuildingssubdomain]

Our new website allows owners, renters, council and management groups to work together to build a better community.

Our new website is also available to renters. So owners, please encourage your tenants to sign up and contribute to making [building name] a better place for us all to live.

Please visit [yourbuildingssubdomain] to set up your secure account.

When a person joins your MiCasa web portal you will receive an approval email. You must verify that the person joining belongs to your community. Once verified they can login and view the information on the site.
