Tracking of tasks
To help with better tracking of tasks it would be nice to be able to assign a person responsible (delegation) with the task e.g. property manager or a council member. Also a due date would be nice.
The ability to link to a document would be a nice feature also. Email integration with the task delegation and due date reminder might be a good feature also.
Folder support might be nice also if lists get large.
To further comment on this a few more features for task tracking would be nice. The ability to run a report to see a list of outstanding tasks, who is responsible and date due would be great for an upcoming council meeting.
An event calendar would be nice also. The ability to list upcoming an AGM and other items on an ongoing basis.

MiCasa Tasks are available to all MiCasa users and perform many of the things that you mention in your suggestion.
To access MiCasa tasks: log into your strata's MiCasa site, select Tasks from the main navigation and you're good to go.
Your idea of adding a due date reminder to tasks is golden. I have added this to our development roadmap.
