How does MiCasa organize our strata's "to dos"?

MiCasa Tasks let the council, or the property manager, or the property manager's assistant create tasks. Resources can then be assigned to take care of the task - including assigning vendors or council members or committee members or the property manager to be responsible to complete a task. Council can track the progress and due dates, and people who are working on the task can upload attachments such as quotes, deficiency reports, pictures, and invoices for review and approval when completed.
