It’s common for people to own and rent multiple properties (units, suites, apartments) within a single strata. If you own multiple properties within a single strata, follow these instructions to easily account for them all within your strata’s MiCasa web portal.
- Log into your strata’s web portal and select the cog icon, located in the top right corner. You will arrive in the ‘Your Settings’ area.
- From within the ‘Your Settings’ area, select the edit button beside Associated Property Address List. You will arrive in the ‘Property Address List’ area.
- From within the ‘Property Address List’ area, select Add a Property Address, enter your property details. Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and approved by a Member Approver within your strata.
